FAQs

  • We offer a full refund cancellation policy if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the start of the reservation.

  • If the weather prohibits us from being able to setup we do our best to move to another day, but if we aren’t able to we will issue a refund for the missed day.

  • We service all of Anna Maria Island from coquina beach to bean point.

  • We guarantee a rental timeframe from 10 AM to 5 PM. However, our team begins setting up as soon as the sun rises to ensure all guests can start enjoying the beach by 10 AM. If you’d like an earlier setup, please include your request in your booking message, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

  • Yes, we just ask that the request be made at least one day prior.

  • There are three ways for you to make a reservation:

  • High Season Notice (March–July): Availability fills up quickly, often 2–4 weeks in advance. We highly recommend booking as soon as your plans are confirmed or as soon as you know your travel dates to ensure we can accommodate your rental.

  • Yes! Due to high demand, we often reach full capacity and, unfortunately, have to turn away potential guests. To ensure fairness and guarantee availability for those who are serious about their reservations, we require full payment at the time of booking. This policy helps prevent last-minute cancellations, which could otherwise take away the opportunity for another guest to secure a spot.
